
BOOKING POLICY
1. Appointment Booking
Online Booking: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments through our online booking system, accessible via our website. This platform provides real-time availability and allows for convenient self-service booking.
Pre-Payment Requirement: To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures the reservation of your preferred time slot and therapist.
2. Group Bookings
Advance Payment: All group bookings must be paid in full 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment date.
Cancellation and Changes: A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for any modifications or cancellations to group bookings. Changes made within this period may result in charges up to the full treatment cost.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Individual Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the pre-paid amount.
Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive ahead of your scheduled time. Late arrivals may lead to a reduced treatment duration to accommodate subsequent clients, without a reduction in the treatment cost.
4. Health Considerations
Medical Conditions and Pregnancy: Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients with specific medical conditions or those who are pregnant. It is essential to inform our reception or therapists of any relevant health information prior to booking. Failure to disclose such information may result in the inability to proceed with the treatment and potential charges.
Patch Testing: For treatments requiring a patch test (e.g., tinting, HD Brows, LVL treatments), clients must undergo testing 48 hours in advance. Payment for these services is also required 48 hours prior to the appointment.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted Payments: We accept electronic payments and card payments at the time of booking.
6. Special Offers and Gift Vouchers
Offers: To avail of any special offers, please mention the relevant promotion when booking. Offers are subject to availability, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are not valid when paying with gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for services at our salon. They may be used alongside other payment methods but are not applicable for special offers.
