
CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Lanes Health & Beauty, we understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure we can accommodate all clients efficiently while respecting our team’s time and availability.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Individual Appointments: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Group Bookings & Packages: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for any changes to group appointments or multi-treatment bookings.
Cancellations made within the notice period will not incur a charge, and your pre-paid amount (if applicable) can be used toward a future booking.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice (no-show), you may be charged the full treatment amount, and future bookings may require prepayment in full.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, to avoid disrupting other clients, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment. In this case, the full treatment cost will still apply.
4. Deposits & Prepaid Appointments
Some treatments may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking. This payment will be forfeitedif cancellations are made outside of the required notice period.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another booking if you reschedule within the required timeframe.
